03 Executive Advisory / application only

A clear outside view when the call is yours.

Private advisory for consequential AI decisions.

For senior leaders carrying decisions that cut across technology, work, ownership, risk, and adoption. This is a discreet working relationship built around the mandate in front of you, not a standard coaching program.

Application only · Limited active mandates · Fit confirmed before scope

01When Advisory helpsThe decision is already live

The work is moving. The decision has become executive.

Advisory becomes useful when the question is no longer whether AI matters. The question is what the organization should do, who should own it, and what evidence is strong enough to move.

  • AI activity is spreading faster than leadership can set useful boundaries
  • A visible pilot has reached a decision point, but the evidence is mixed
  • Ownership crosses functions and nobody has the full mandate
  • A vendor, platform, or investment decision is carrying more promise than proof
  • The organization needs a harder conversation than the current meeting allows
02What enters the roomJudgment before machinery

The value is not another framework. It is a better executive conversation.

We bring an operator's view across AI, data, work design, and adoption. The work is direct, evidence-minded, and willing to challenge the premise before helping execute the plan.

Value / 01

A clear outside view

See the assumptions, incentives, and operating consequences that become difficult to name from inside the mandate.

Value / 02

A candid working room

Test the logic before it becomes a public commitment. The point is better judgment, not performative agreement.

Value / 03

Decisions that can hold up

Connect the call to owners, boundaries, evidence, and what must be true before the organization moves further.

03Fit and accessSelective by design

Built for the person who has to make the call.

The strongest fit is a senior leader with a real mandate, enough access to act, and a willingness to examine the original premise. The title matters less than the accountability.

APPLICATION ONLY

Fit is mutual.

We keep the advisory roster limited so the work can stay close to live decisions. A request starts a private fit conversation. It does not commit either side to an engagement.

If the work belongs in an Audit, Build Day, specialist engagement, or internal operating process, we will say that.

04How engagements take shapeDetail when you need it

Enough structure to work. Enough room for the mandate.

There is a disciplined way of working underneath the relationship. The exact combination is shaped after the decision context and access are understood.

01The working relationship

The accountable executive is the center of the engagement. Other leaders or operators join when their knowledge is necessary to make or carry a decision.

02The starting point

We begin with the live mandate, not a generic AI maturity model. If the opportunity is still too broad to sponsor, we may recommend the Audit first.

03The cadence

Most mandates need a regular private working session with focused work between conversations. The cadence follows the decision pressure rather than a fixed curriculum.

04The decision record

Important calls stay connected to the outcome, owner, evidence, boundary, and next move. This can take the form of a decision log, leadership memo, pilot review, or working brief.

05The initial term

Ninety days is a useful starting point when the work needs continuity, but the shape is agreed only after the mandate and fit are clear.

When the mandate is still broad

Start with the Audit.

The Audit identifies the opportunity, owner, and proof plan before a longer executive mandate begins.

EXECUTIVE ADVISORY / INITIAL REQUEST

Start with the decision, not a proposed scope.

What happens next
We review every request directly. If there is a plausible fit, we will reply to arrange a private conversation.
